Every year, rep tryouts will take place near the end of April.

If successful, practices are usually held once a week during the House league season and then twice a week throughout July.

Rep teams can expect to attend 2-4 tournaments a summer culminating in a multi-day tournament festival put on by the Ontario Lacrosse Assocation (OLA).
