About

Lacrosse stands as a sport deeply rooted in tradition. Prior to the arrival of early settlers in Canada, it served not only as a recreational pursuit but also as a vehicle through which numerous significant historical events unfolded. We take pride in stating, “I engage in the sport of lacrosse.”

The Sault Ste Marie Lacrosse Association is dedicated to fostering the rich legacy passed down by our forefathers. Our Rep and House League programs offer an exceptional opportunity for boys and girls to authentically embrace Canada’s National Summer Sport. Through the committed efforts of our Board of Directors, coaches, and volunteers, we strive to ensure an enjoyable experience for players, emphasizing the development of skilled lacrosse players and robust athletes. Our goal is to equip all players with the tools necessary to evolve into exemplary citizens.

We extend a warm invitation to everyone to partake in Canada’s National Sport.
